Our helpdesk support service works on a very simple basis whereby you break it, we fix it. That’s why it’s often referred to as Break / Fix support. Customers that sign up for this service are given a choice of 4 levels, ranging from bronze to platinum, and these levels determine how much and what kind of support you get. Our graph below will show you exactly what these levels entail. Once you are signed up, you will be given a support number and email address to report any issues to which goes to our technicians to respond and repair. Simple!


Bronze support is our entry-level package, best suited to one-man-bands and sole traders.

Silver support is more popular with start-ups and small companies with up to 5 employees
£ 16 Monthly
  • 8 Hours remote support
  • 8 hours telephone support
  • 2 hours onsite support
  • 8 hour minimum SLA


Gold is our most popular level of support, with extra features over bronze and silver it covers all bases.

  • Unlimited remote support

  • 12 hours onsite support
  • 4 hour minimum SLA
  • Remote support agent installed
  • Live Chat function


Platinum is the very highest level of support we offer and includes remote monitoring, fast response times and discounted anti-virus & encryption.
