Our helpdesk support service works on a very simple basis. You pay for a set amount of hours each month and we will provide you support when you need it.
We understand that your support requirements may differ each month, which is why we offer a flexi-service. If you do not use all your hours one month, they will roll over to the next month.
Conversely, if you find yourself needing more hours, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. You can either buy more hours, borrow hours from the next month or adjust your contract to have more hours each month.

Completely flexible

With our helpdesk service, you can choose how to split your hours between onsite support and remote. You can change your ratio at any time and simply pay the difference or we will credit the difference, depending on which way you go, to best suit your needs.
